How do I track my order?
- Step 1: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
- Step 2: Use it to check progress on the carrier's website or any third-party tracking platform.
- Step 3: If tracking hasn't updated for a long time, please contact us.
What should I do if the shipping status hasn't updated or the tracking number shows as invalid?
- Delayed update: Shipments are expected to arrive at our overseas warehouse within 30–40 days from dispatch; logistics updates will follow.
- Display failure: The system may incorrectly show the carrier as USPS — the tracking number must actually be queried via FedEx.
Why haven't I received a reply from customer service?
We reply to every message. If you haven't heard back, it's likely because your message arrived outside business hours.
- Business hours (GMT+8): Mon–Fri 08:30–12:00 & 14:00–18:00 / Sat 08:30–12:00
- Messages sent on weekends, holidays, or late at night will be answered during the next working period.
- During high-volume periods, inquiries are processed in order.
What is a pre-order?
Pre-order items are products that have not yet been released or have not arrived at our warehouse. Placing a pre-order ensures you don't miss out on highly anticipated products.
Do I need to pay immediately for a pre-order?
Yes, full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
Is the estimated arrival date accurate?
Arrival dates are estimates based on vendor information. Delays may occur due to production or logistics issues. We will provide updates as they become available.
What are the return conditions?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging and resale condition
When will an out-of-stock item be restocked?
- Pre-order items: Waiting for official release.
- Sold-out items: Restocking depends on manufacturer decisions and is not guaranteed.
Are your products officially licensed?
Yes. All products are sourced through authorized and legitimate channels. Contact us if you need verification.
If I order both pre-order and in-stock items, will they ship separately?
Yes, pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped separately.
