The King of the Monsters emerges under infrared vision! Godzilla Infrared Version joins Hiya Toys’ EXQUISITE BASIC Series!
After attacking Nemuro City in Hokkaido, Godzilla suddenly disappears—only to reappear soon after in Tokai Village, Ibaraki Prefecture. Meanwhile, a mysterious rock discovered by the Crisis Control Intelligence agency at Kashima-nada unexpectedly rises into the air and confronts Godzilla. As Godzilla unleashes his heat ray, a massive UFO suddenly emerges from within the rock...
The all-new EXQUISITE BASIC Series Godzilla Infrared Version Action Figure stands approximately 18 cm tall and is based on Godzilla’s iconic suit appearance from Godzilla 2000. It faithfully recreates the fierce eyes, sharp teeth, wide-open jaws, rugged skin texture, and finely sculpted claws that define the original suit.
Inspired by Godzilla’s appearance under infrared surveillance in the film, the figure features a semi-transparent body with fluorescent paint applications. Layered blue and violet gradients across the chest, back, and dorsal fins recreate the look of heat and energy flowing beneath the skin. Under UV light, the figure glows vividly, bringing back the striking moment of Godzilla emerging from the darkness on the infrared monitor.
Features multiple joints across the body, enabling a wide range of dynamic poses. The multi-jointed tail allows natural, fluid movement, and 2x interchangeable hands recreate classic claw attacks and roaring poses, bringing iconic battle scenes from the film to life.
The packaging is inspired by the infrared monitoring display used to track Godzilla in the film. A transparent front window and cyan-blue translucent insert with scanning graphics recreate the surveillance screen, making Godzilla appear to emerge within the infrared scan.
